How do u make those link things that ar like inside a quote?

Ok you know on like blogs and stuff people make those things that are like inside a quote. You click on them and it opens up a section, then you can click again and it'll close. How do you make those?

I haven't ever used them, but I noticed theres "Hide" over the text box when you write a reply. I think thats what you are looking for.
