add a stroke around the text and something about the background bothers me it may just be how it blends with the other items and the runescape char doesn't look right where it is and how its shown ( i can be really bad at describing lol)

to add a store select the text layer in the layers pallete and click the little f at the bottom of layers pallete and click stroke and make the size 1 px and change the colors

The RS character doesn't fit, and the text is a little hard to read. The bg is pretty cool, but I think it should be a little lighter.
