Is there a difference in energy drain rate at 0kg and -1kg?

 

Is it true that energy drain rates are equal for all values of negative weight?

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

if its negative its very slower to compared to 0, i think the items for this ppl use in RC and skills involving lots of foot travel are spottier/spotted cape and boots of lightness.
