Music works when I am using a media player, but on videos such as on youtube, I cannot hear the music at all.

 

 

 

Also, odd thing, if I listen to music on my media player, then start a video, I can hear the sound of the video in the background.

 

 

 

Does anyone know what my problem is? I want sound back :(

Make sure your "Wave Balance" is turned up/not muted.

 

 

 

You can find this in your Volume Control, accessed by either double clicking the speaker icon in your systray (by the clock) or my going start --> run --> "sndvol32" --> OK
