Well it all depends on what you're doing. If you're melee training here's a list for the most effective training.

 

 

 

Helmet: Guthans > Neitiznot > Besereker > Warriors > Rune Full

 

Platebody: Guthans > Torags > Rune

 

Platelegs: Guthans > Torags > Rune

 

Weapon: Whip/DDS/Guthans Warspear > DScim/DDS

 

Shield: Obby/Rune Defender

 

Cape: Fire Cape > Trimmed Skill Cape > Untrimmed Skillcape/Obby cape

 

Ring: Beserker > Wealth

 

Amulet/Neck: Fury > Glory

 

Boots: Rune > Climbing

 

Gloves: Barrows > Rune > all other RFD gloves in decnding order/combat bracelet

Well, I don't know how to put it, but I want a good looking outfit for everything, except player killing, that's for my pure.

I used to use this for Barrows, but it also looks sweet for other purposes.
