Maybe I'm missing something and I'm no expert on anatomy, but looks pretty normal to me. D: It appears that the shoulder is attached directly to the neck. Lower it somewhat. The shoulder is directly connected to the back. It is a separate entity to the back, so I suggest you limit the connection to the armpit only. There are some proportion problems, however I'm not sure whether they are because of what you intend to be foreshortening.
