Well, every time i download an addon or a theme for firefox i install it. Then i click 'Restart FireFox' so it restarts and i go to the addons menu and it's not there.

 

 

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

There's two tabs in the add-on menu: one for extensions and one for themes, are you sure you're looking at the right tab?

Try Reinstalling FireFox.. Then Download the themes/ Add-ons.

There should be 3 different tabs when you download it, first click use this theme on the one you want then click the tab on the right and there should be a button that says restart firefox.

i know i do that.. but when it restarts the theme\add-on isn't there
