June 17, 200719 yr From my experience, i have found that you can hit its max with whatever your range level. However, a higher range level improves your chances of hitting higher Going for a Dragonfire Shield-Almost there!

June 21, 200719 yr If it hits, it will hit the same if you have 1 range or 99 However, you will be MUCH more likely to hit at a higher range level. At your range, you'll see tons of zeros with the occasional hit. I would recommend leveling your range higher before trying the cannon, or at least use it on very low defense monsters.
