Let me start out by saying I HATE quests, but I am now 65 slayer and need to get dust devils I was wondering do I have to finish DT to get them as a task? that also means I have to do the others to get there and get boens to peaches but thats not too bad..Im trying to get slayer up ASAP

No, you just need to do it to the point that you can look into the mirrors

no just finish up to the part where you can go in to that part of the whatever it is
