Merchanting for poor F2P'ers!!!

Featured Replies

Hello people,

This is my own written, own made guide:

Merchanting For Poor F2P People!!!

This guide is just meant for f2p people who start with less than 100k and I will only put some tricks to get from nothing to 1 mil, so you won̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t find things like santa̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s or green masks over here.

To start with myself, 2 weeks ago I had 60k in bank and now I have 600k, without using any skills like mining etc.

These are the steps to get from nothing to 1 mil:

Step 1: Making 70k

Step 2: Merchanting to 160k

Step 3: Merchanting to 450k

Step 4: Merchanting to 1 mil

Step 1:

You will first need to make 70k, if your level is high enough, mine 700 iron ores and sell them 100 each or cut 800 normal logs and sell them 90 each. This is the only step in this guide for what you need a little bit skills.

Step 2:

The best way to make it from 70k to 160k is:

Go to a world with 1000 or less people and go to falador east bank:

Buy 1k of iron ores for 70 each in those worlds and go to world 1 or 3. You stay in falador east bank and there you sell your iron ores for 100 each. If you do this with 1k of iron ores 3 times, you will have 160k.

Step 3:

The best way to make it from 160k to 450k is:

Again, go to a world with 1000 or less people and go to falador east bank:

Try to buy 1k of coal for 150 each in those worlds. After this you stay in falador east bank and you go to world 1 or 3. In this world you sell your coal for 180 ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 200 each and you no you will have around 210k with which you can buy 1,4k coal for 150 each, in the end when you are at 450k you can buy 3k coal in a time.

Step 4:

The two best ways to make it from 450k to 1 mil:

You can keep buying coal for 150 each and sell for 180 ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 200 each, but to make 550k this way takes a lot of time, so I would recommend the other way:

Go to varrock west bank:

Go to a world with 1200 ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 1700 people. Around varrock west bank you try to buy:

Rune scimitars: 23k or less each

Rune platebodys: 50k or less each

Rune platelegs: 42k or less each

Rune kiteshield: 42k or less each

Rune full helm: 18k or less each

Rune 2 handed sword: 45k or less each

Rune battleaxe: 35k or less each

After you have bought some of these stuff, you go to world 1 or 3 and try to sell them for this:

Rune scimitars: 25k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 30k each

Rune platebodys: 55k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 65k each

Rune platelegs: 45k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 50k each

Rune kiteshield: 45k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 50k each

Rune full helm: 20k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 25k each

Rune 2 handed sword: 50k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 55k each

Rune battleaxe: 40k ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 45k each

The things I have used for this guide:

The world map of tip.it.

My own experiences of playing runescape.

I hope this guide will help people starting to get some money.

Goals: mining 67/70, woodcutting 65/70, smithing 54/60

ok way maybe 7/10

this focuses on mining, yet there are other options u can use to make money

I'll try to avoid total flamage on your guide, but here are some suggestions:

1. There are many merchanting guides out there, even a couple in the AoW. While this gives a direct idea of what to buy and what/how much to sell for, using and sharing the concept of merchanting can create bigger achievements and more money.

2. If not this, give more examples. Two examples of merchanting aren't enough.

3. In your first section, tell where you can mine iron, where you an cut trees, where to bank, and where to sell the items.

4. Give the required levels needed to complete the first goal of 70k (Why did you put "buy 1k iron for 70 ea (thats 70k)", when you said you only need 50k?)

Sorry if I am being rude, but please, work on your guide a bit more.

So you're actually suggesting JaGex implements something into the game which for several years have been trying to stop?... :XD:

=D> Not a bad guide. Its better than what I do for gp.

Overall a 8/10 =D> \'
