sorry if this question is a bit dumb but where can i buy a green gnome robe top? I just became member and need it for a treasure scroll. also, do i need to do a quest to get one?

You can buy it Inside the Gnome Stronghold Castle.

 

 

 

No Quest Requirements, You just have to remove a crate outside the gate or something. :uhh:
