buy nats, make yew longs and alch them or make nats and buy yew longs. You can also alch drops you get form training slayer (mithril and addy ones).

Yes, yew longs are the best. Either that or smith the alch Steel Platebodies.

Buy Magic Longbows for 1.2k ea, and nats for 300ea, then alc each bow for 1537 gp each, and you actually make a bit of profit, and save youself a lot time time, but get less fletch/runecrafting xp.
