mockme14 Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 When the messenger comes in random, but it may be effected by actions. When i got the messernger, i was fletching. This was also within 10 minutes of completing Underground Pass. The only thing i suggest you do is rasie a skill or make money while you wait.
