June 21, 200719 yr Well, my account has recently been hacked. I don't care for the account anymore, but I do care about stopping my membership. The problem is, when I click on the link "Stop an existing subscription", it asks you for your username and password. I DON'T KNOW THE PASSWORD! The obvious answer is to use password recovery and try and get the account back, and then stop it, but I can't remember my recovery question answers, and the last one I did was denied. Any solutions?
June 21, 200719 yr Show Jagex your payment emails, I keep all of mine just in case. Also, you should know the card number, that should be proof enough.
