HELP ME! HAVE BEEN HACKED AND CAN'T STOP MEMBERSHIP!

Well, my account has recently been hacked. I don't care for the account anymore, but I do care about stopping my membership. The problem is, when I click on the link "Stop an existing subscription", it asks you for your username and password. I DON'T KNOW THE PASSWORD! The obvious answer is to use password recovery and try and get the account back, and then stop it, but I can't remember my recovery question answers, and the last one I did was denied. Any solutions?

Show Jagex your payment emails, I keep all of mine just in case.

 

Also, you should know the card number, that should be proof enough.

Yeah, but how do you send a query? Or message to Jagex or whatever? Post a link please. And plus, if you want to send them a message, don't you have to log into your account?

When that happened to me i sent a message to [email protected] or something to have them switch the membership to a different account.

lol the same thing happened to me... yea like the other people said like the first payment u made they sent u a message and it has like stuff to recover ur account when u go to account recovering
