From a Whim

Hi, I'm Aquariusman. I live in Canada and I'm just graduating from grade eight. I found out about From A Whim while sifting through some Rise Against covers. I found a cover of Swing Life Away by this guy named Lamoni. It was amazing, both vocal and acoustic cover. After that I just went through some more videos, until I came upon his second cover of Swing Life Away. The first he did with a broken thumb and there were some things he needed to work on, but thus time he nailed it. Then in the related videos I saw another one of his covers: Angels and Airwaves - The Adventure, in acoustic. The original isn't exactly the best, but his acoustic version was amazing. Then in the details it said he had a band, From A Whim.

So I checked out his MySpace site http://www.myspace.com/fromawhim. These guys are amazing. They are from Soda Springs, Idaho and they have a CD out, Fighting For The Losing Side. I have not bought it yet, so I'm not going to say to go buy it, it isn't through iTunes or any of the garunteed online music sites. All of their songs are acoustic and it seems that they have written them all themselves. You definitly should check out From A Whim, especially if you love acoustics.

My Sig also has another link to their site.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.
