i live in isarel and 10days ago i sent my payment for the membership and two days ago i got a message from paybycash they told me that i didnt pay the full price of the 3 monthes membership i dont know how this hapend but i dont care they said i need to pay more 1.5dolars then ill be member i have no problem to send that 1.5dolar but my question is what document should i add to the payment so paybycash will understand that it is aded for the rest of the money i already sent
