RuneScape Information

  1. Wow, the other thread finally got the axe. So I repost here =D>
  2. You cant do much about RS seconds. The game is java based, so the variable can only be changed once per process. If I recall the process speed on one of my programs is about 560ms, so the timer would be doubled, and theoretically be 5 minutes. There is also the matter of sending the idle packet, the time it takes the client to process your idle to send the packet, and then the sending of the kill command, receiving the confirmation, and then logging you out. Its BOUND to be more than 5 minutes...just stop complaining. [/hide] (I hope that last part wasn't directed at me. :? ) It was directed at all the people above complaining about how "rs seconds go a tiny bit faster than normal seconds" In the end, what does it matter? Its all relative anyway? Everything in the game runs on RS seconds; combat, skills, etc. So if the game time is off in real life, the action time is too, but its counter-balanced, if you get what Im saying.
  3. Whenever Im on some web-limited device (no flash, no java, slow connection, etc.) Tip.It is always where I go. Whenever I wanna read something, tip.it is where I go. Its crack. And its good as hell.

  5. Lets walk around in seizure educing armor and weaponry in a medieval setting. Sure.
  6. The MTK thing seems too...overpowered. Or something. But it would defeat part of the NPC contact. Maybe instead of an exact percentage, it would be a "guesstimate", where it would say if its under a percentage in increments of 10. (100%, 90%, 80%, 70%). This all would work better as a item perhaps, a 'journal'. The map idea would be too clutter, and wouldnt make sense. (How do you always remember what your times are?) Have a new journal item, buyable from maybe a diaries person, and if you take it to the said events when you do them, you could "write" (the game does it for you) down times and the information above, and allow the guesstimate thing for the MTK.
  7. An interesting thing would be to duplicate the hitpoints skill. Figure like a new skill, "endurance" that was treated exactly like hitpoints, stacked on top of your old HP, and only trainable once you hit 99 in normal hitpoints. Would allow people who max out but still train a better way to get more health.
  8. Faries. And the buttons around the inventory have changed...Dont you mean game tabs anyway?
  9. I hated the separate applet. For some reason, mine either never loaded, or crashed firefox. Older machines might also have trouble with two applets. (Not mine, dual core and plenty of ram for java) I think it should be right clicked. Not that big of a deal, since people don't access it that much. Only time I do is when Im in the wilderness near the lava places, and tip.it is too far away and if I knew where I was, I wouldnt be checking a map. This makes it easier, since it centers. But still, change it to right click.
  10. This is the same concept in real life, its a fact of life, get over it. You spend 5 hours working at McDonalds. You earn 200$ (for arguments sake) Someone else, who has money (like in your argument) can go online to some stock website for '2 minutes' and earn a thousand dollars. So, according to you, the guy at McDonalds should be able to earn 5x as much as he does now, just to make it fair. No. If you have money, use it to make more.
  11. my, my, my, I am actually surprised at your incredible ability to expand your absolute wrongness into every word of that last sentance. salve gives you a +20% attack AND strength bonus. strength bonus makes you hit higher. =D> not sure why the hell you wouldn't use a salve ammy, they help so much with slayer. LOL? You've got to be kidding me. NO duh higher str bonus makes you hit more. I'll tell you right now they don't make damage increased special attacks hit any higher. Way to make yourself look dumb, but things like AGS and DDS will not hit higher when using a salve. And I don't do slayer fool, my sig clearly points out that my stats are 99 atk/str but like 56 slayer. Btw, here's max str bonus WITHOUT any pvp armor, and a fury instead of str ammy. AGS a 76 on a player at 10:20 Did you just say that salve(e) doesnt make you hit higher?..... Salve is useless for PVP and against a great deal on NPC's We are talking about both, so, as far as Im concerned, salve amulet does count. Way to go =D>
  12. Wouldnt ever happen. Unless DDS was 200 gp, then Im sure we would have over 9000 hitpoints and weapons that hit 500s. D Claws. Who wouldnt? Aso co-questionnaires.
  13. Hes new to tip.it. Explains the double posts at the start. But I reported the signature non the less. OT : wealth. Unless Im going somewhere with no non rare drops, then I do life.
  14. Same. I hope you guys have tried it. What's not fun about 90k profit in 6 minutes or more than 20k xp for a few minutes of work? :? Yeah, I have. I just hate having to keep going back and checking, and then get frustrated when it doesnt grow right and I loose money, even if I don't loose it in the long run.
  15. My friends list consist of 1 person, who barely plays. He was the only one at my 99 attack party. (Second 99) And when I had about 8 friends I knew (all in real life) they came to my 99 crafting party. When I get 99 magic, Ill be having that same 1 friend. Parties are pointless, take one second to do, and, yeah.
