yes fishing at shilo is best Fishing XP, But in my opinion Monkfish is the best fishing XP for usable fish

 

 

 

the quickest XP in one skill, may not be the best solution for everyone in the longterm

Ok, I've done 60minutes at monkifish and 30minutes at shilo and shilo is already more exp...=)
