Yes, but they only give +6 ranged bonus, and Torag gives one good defence against melee and ranged. Plus torag helm is quite cheap

Well, the way it works is, archer helms have horrible defence values, with a torag helm, its -3 so thats a total loss of -9 range points, which have now been replaced with 40-50+ defence bonuses, thats why. 200k isnt that much for a serious pker anyways.
