A rune crossbow or iron knives?

ill tell u rune cbows are very nice.

 

 

 

i was using a rune cbow with mith bolts and was hitting 18's!

In general, iron knives are better to train with. This is because most training is done on low-mid defense monsters. On high defense monsters, such as dragons, crossbows will far outstrip knives. After all, crossbows are slow but powerful bows designed to pierce through armor.
