Fruit trees question.

Featured Replies

I make my farming round every day. I'll check all trees and fruit trees spots and plant new seeds. I'm going always at 15:00. But sometimes my fruit trees aren't done growing. Not sometimes by the way, almost every day. Today, my pineapples weren't done after 26 hours! How is this possible? :? I use supercompost, don't pay the farmer.

Thanks a lot!

I notices it too with palm and apple trees. But it never happened to me when I paid the farmer to watch after them. I would suggest paying the farmers whenever possible.

Thanks for the answer.

But I don't pay gardner with orange and pinapple trees. I'd like to what causes it

This is not the first time i read about this ptoblem on these boards. I believe that some time ago an update slightly changed the ways on how the seeds grow. Instead of a fixed time, each seed has several stages before it's grown to full health. In each of these stages your seed can get some delay in growth. Without these delays the seeds grow to full health as mentioned in all the farming guides. If you pay the farmer, the seeds never seem to get that delay.

This is just what i read about this problem, i didn't do any actual research about it. Still. I hope it helps :)

Did you make sure your plants are not diseased? They will not grow until cured.

Did you make sure your plant is watered? After each stage of growth, the water disappears and you need to water it again, or growth may be slowed or stopped altogether.

Live free or die. First option is exhausted, so guess what remains?

I never water the tree. But when I check, they're never deseased and when they're fully grown it's healthy :-s

So does anyone know how it happends, and what I can do about it?

I just became a victim of the same problem. Well over 20 hours ago I planted 4 orange trees (one right after another), and I paid all the farmers to watch them. Right now none of the trees even passed the first stage.

I remember we had a system update last night. Maybe every time there is a system update the growth time is reset. :-/
