Well as near as I figure (I just found out about these the other day too) you go down into the pothole dungeon and they should be there, of course I havent had the chance to check it out yet.

 

 

 

Edit: you've inspired me to go find out, but I cant seem to get in the pot hole...

After doing this quest you can get in and kill the experiment, but you need a hell of a lot of woodcutting and herblor for the quest...

 

 

 

Edit #3: You can do the quest without the farming, herblore and woodcutting skills up to the point where you can get into the dungeon, so good luck to you. (Probably should have figured this out before I started posting.)
