New Best Training Food! (also pg 4 for karambwan strategies)
RabidChipmunk replied to wakka102's topic in General Discussion
Wakka is my new best friend. I mean, er, :D -
Icthlarin, if he is a god in the first place, is the god of cats. Anyway, here's my opinion: Saradomin represents Saradomin. Zamorak represents Zamorak. Guthix represents Guthix. Bandos represents Bandos. Armadyll represents Armadyll. Zaros represents Zaros. My opinion is pretty much the same as Headshots, accept I believe Bandos is the God of War (Big High War God ringing any bells?), Icthlarin is the God of the Dead, Armadyl is the God of Good/Light, and Zaros is the God of Evil/Darkness.

The mage would have had to create a massive super-insulative magical barrier around the whole of Trollheim that could somehow last for thousands of years, and if that were the case, it would be impossible for anyone to enter the area. This in itself is impossible, for energy cannot behave in the manner described, nor can it insulate heat. You're forgetting one thing... This is MAGIC we are talking about. And I agree that it is illogical for a god to represent a combat type. At any rate... Bandos - God of war Armadyl - God of the sky/law and order Zaros - Darkness/magic(???) I'm not too sure what Zaros could be the god of, since as far as I can tell they have never really told us, so it is mostly left up to interpritation. However they have told us enough to make educated guesses as to this. Saradomin is the god of order. I believe Armadyl is the god of the skies and justice.

I brought up this idea on the Lightning chat last night while watching people fight K'rilly, and thought I'd post it here to see what y'all think. All the fighters in the GWD were frozen. We know that. But if you walk around, you see some people frozen still in their combat-ready stances. What strange weather phenominon could possibly freeze someone so fast they can't even stop fighting? Well, what if weather didn't freeze them? What if, perhaps, someone froze them using Ancient Magicks? What if someone mage, possibly Mahjarrat, was so powerful, he could freeze the entire dungeon and all it's inhabitants so fast they can't even drop their weapons in time? And what if (this is going out on a limb here) this spell actually froze all of Trollheim, turning it into what it is today? I know what you might be thinking: "Why would someone do this?" Well, that's where my idea stops. Personally, I think it might have been because whoever did it didn't want anyone to have the Godsword, or maybe he wanted it for himself and couldn't find it. But really, I don't know. Sorry for there being no pictures. My Prntscrn button doesn't take them for some odd reason. What do you think? When I brought it up on Lightning's chat, only two people responded, and they both seemed to agree. But what do you think?

The Archaeology Skill - (Surprise on Page 26!)
RabidChipmunk replied to Outsanity's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
This is freaking brilliant. I love it. I want it now. Support. -
I've learned that if someone irritates you, you can temporarily leave this plane of existance and come back later, or simply go into a different plane of existance with different people, but everything looks the same.

Where Have All the Generous People Gone too?
RabidChipmunk replied to Andrew_s_2's topic in General Discussion
You'd like to know where the generous people have gone? Apparently, they got sick of your begging, and headed out to somewhere you weren't. The Heroes' Guild dragon is tough enough to get. If I was in their shoes, I would've done the exact same thing. You really shouldn't have expected them to just hand over their valuables to someone they didn't even know, nor cared about. -
I have to know the story, otherwise I'll be kicking myself unconscience about the fact I rushed through it.

What did YOU Achieve This summer? (Hot Topic FTW!)
RabidChipmunk replied to Leik's topic in Questionnaires
36-71 Hunter. 125-162 Quest points. 62-70 Cooking. 28 (or so) more music tracks unlocked. 0 Deaths (in RuneScape (although no one died in real life either, that isn't really a goal)) all summer. Beat the Giant Roc with 159k in my inventory (having that wad of cash made it all the more thrilling, even if it wasn't intentional). -
Recently, time's been at a crawl for me. O'Course, I'm an idiot who lost all my money and must now hunt Chinchompas to pay it off...

3 September 2007 - The Path of Glouphrie
RabidChipmunk replied to dragon312's topic in General Discussion
Maybe there's two more we don't know about? I wouldnt know, I can't to the quest. -
Crossing the boulder (requiring 60 strength) to get to the GodWars Dungeon, then realizing you need rope, and then heading back to said boulder, but only to realize that the Freeze Effect sapped your strength level below 60. -.- I know there's an emergency escape tunnel, but I didn't know then.

Yes, I normally find it funny, especially when I'm as tired as I am right now.

If You Could Make RuneScape Merchandise
RabidChipmunk replied to Zetore's topic in General Discussion
I'd make a staff with a curved "M" at the end that can set people on fire. Man, that would be fun at parties. -
Yes, I'm petrified, worried to death it may come out of my closet and strangle me. O:)
-
I won't, because I will be sleeping, but make sure you make a note that said R Chipmunk deeply regrets not counting downward. And I think the dungeon will be icy/watery, because of how the advert looked look. Maybe like the Ancient Cavern, except brighter.

Fascinating discovery. I'm sure you've absolutley changed Runescape in the eyes of a great many players; they shall now all play Runescape with either more dedication or less due to the fact they now have the mental image of Andrew Gower's face. Or, more likely, they just won't really care. Either works.

Do you think the RS economy will suffer?
RabidChipmunk replied to viral_wulf's topic in General Discussion
Unless it can train strength. Then it may be the brand new whip for those who have the stats/cash. And who knows, there may be other weapons besides the God Sword, maybe some new 1-handed 70 attack weapons ( ). These items may become welcome new members to the weaponry of Runescape, and thus, the prices of whips may drop. But I know next to nothing on the Runescape economy, so don't quote me on this. -
It could be about trying to survive in a particulary dangerous area, like Trollheim, the Desert, or even Morytania.
