July 7, 200719 yr Minotaurs in the Security Stronghold are good for ranging. And they drop iron arrows, so you won't get out of ammo. If you have 60+ ranged, you can try Lesser demons in Karamja volcano. Runescape Reader's Digest

July 7, 200719 yr lolz well you will just about allways find me training on my friend wif range great and i mean great xp.... :twisted: BUT! other then that yes the strong hold is a ausome place 2 train, beacuse once you reach your goal you can simply sell all the arrows you bort and the extras for cold hard cash. :mrgreen: People People this could be the end of the world.......of warcraft
