This is to let you know that we tried to take a repeat subscription payment for your account today, but were unable to.

This could be as a result of one of the following:

* Your bank has issued you with a new card which has a different number or expiry date to the one you provided when the subscription was first started.

* Your account balance is not able to cover the cost of membership.

* Your bank may be performing extra security checks for this transaction.

If you would like further details of why the transaction was not accepted, please contact your bank directly.

We will try to take a payment for this account again tomorrow.

If you wish to use different card, then please just cancel your existing subscription and then create a replacement subscription using the new card.

Sincerely,

I dont think its any of the things they said it might be, I was wondering if this happens to anyone else.

Just to be safe, contact the bank. The only time this happened to me was when the card I used was locked down by my bank because someone else had obtained the credit card number.
