Guild Wars seems to run perfectly fine on Vista, and so should City of Heroes. There are the odd glitches here and there but they are usually easily remedied.

 

 

 

Check the various forums for the games themselves.

You'll probably struggle with both games in vista with those specs. Hell I wouldn't even use vista alone without 2gigs of ram.
