basically I was videoing a trip on RS, and the damn screen recorder cut out. I got the file saved and then started the recorder again.

 

 

 

Is there any (preferably free as its just one use) program to merge 2 separate AVI files into one?

What about Windows Movie Maker? Drag both clips into the timeline and export it to your desired file type.
