im 30 attack, 24 strength and 1 def w/ 44 hp where can i train to get 40-50 str? F2P

i think monks are good..cause low atk and many hpts and fast respawm...or try hill giants

If you are going to train melee, I would train in the war level of the Stronghold of Security on the minotaurs because they are pretty decent exp, only have 10HP and you can get quite a bit of money from the arrow drops.
