I'm doing Mourners End Part 2. I want to know what armor I should wear for protection from the shades? Dragon Hide, Melee Armor, or Mage Armor.

I'm 90% sure its melee that works best, but I used prayer instead because those beasts hit through pretty much anything.

I used prostelyte and prayed melee since the shades do high damage.

Yea the white knights armour is a pretty good thing to wear. If you prayer is good, then go with the highest prayer bonus that you can get.

i wore as much initiate (or pros) as i could, and filled every other slot with white knight stuff (for the pray bonus) and prayed melee
