I feel like i'm missing something, but i can't find the tower that i need to go to for the quest. can anyone help me find the tower, because the only one i can find the the one north of ardogoune with the chaos druids in it.

It's just a little south of the fences, north-west of the Fishing Guild.. You can't miss it.
