Ok uhh, i saw a lot of them before, but this is the lowest. I just saw a level 31 walk past me with a blue phat and a fire cape lol..

~~ Killed Jad and received fire cape at level 69.~~

They used safe spots, which has been made harder with the recent update allowing large monsters to walk diagonally.
