There is also a place on the RuneScape website that tells you the amount of time needed. The reason why i didnt post it is because it will just show up to the main page.

 

Credit Card= Instant

 

Pay By Phone= 5-15 minuits

 

Pay By Cash= 5-7 days (not recomended...)

 

Those are the most common ways.
