Can't use Themes?

Follow these steps:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Start -> run

 

 

 

2. Type in "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press enter.

 

 

 

3. Go down to Themes and start the service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After that, your themes should be re-enabled and you should be able to use it.

Lol, it is almost self explanatory. But if you don't know how to get there:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Services -> Services -> (you should now see a list) Themes -> Double click on it (or right click on it and select Properties) and set it's startup type to Automatic. Problem should be solved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: Or you can do what the guy above me said, his method is quicker. :P
