for fishing, fly-fish at barb village (if you are f2p). for cooking, cook the trout and salmon you fish ;). and for rc, craft airs until like 44, then u ca do w16 without losing too much money

ranging, try cows till 10 ish then go to barbarians in barb village and range them.
