I don't know about any time, but a good location is to the west of the rimmington portal. Theres like 4 trees there, and once your done chopping you can give them to your butler.

i already found an autoer free area that like 2 other ppl are at and theres 12 trees but i need time numbers

Seriously, no one can calculate how long it will take but it depends on your concentration level, how busy the location is, how fast you can cut. Probably it will take you 35 hours. Lol.
