([Caution: Jagex Rule Violation], not Mogarscape) I think it's illegal also, Jagex doesn't like it because of copyright infringement. Plus a lot of the sites have viruses on them and might steal your runescape password.

Locking this since your question has been answered, and there is no reason to continue discussing this. It's essentially an illegal private server (which is why I'm locking this - it's illegal/against the rules, hence why it is censored).
