Ok basically if you get a really cool car you can make it look like one of those hotwheels cars!

ok...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1) get a car pic. (a side on one like the mini works best)

 

 

 

2) Grab the elliptical marquee tool and form a perfect circle round the wheels and copy them to a different canvas.

 

 

 

3) Make the width of the image about 2/3 of its original size.

 

 

 

4) Drag / copy the wheels over the existing wheels and you have you very own de-faced car! :)
