How long is this bann going to last? When Im going to be able to come back to runescape forums?

I thought they'd tell you, but maybe it's permanent then.

I doubt any1 will be able to tell you how long, just check it about once or twice a day until you can log back in. good luck! :D

If it's not permanet usually 2-3 days.

Just go to Appeal an Offence/Ban on the main site, it should tell you how long there
