It is not a mistake,I just recieved an email from Jagex as a responce for email I sent to them: My email (sent on 12th july): " I have recieved an email telling me that there are financial sanctions affecting my country,and that I am no longer able to subscribe for a membership I have been member for 6 years,and I live and play in Serbia.I would like to know if this was a mistake,and I would like to see more details on this,and the reason why such action has been taken? " Responce (received on 13th July,day later) " Thank you for contacting Jagex Billing Support. I am afraid that we are duty bound to adhere these sanctions in a number of countries worldwide. Um no. The reasoning clearly says that due to financial sanctions on the current regime, Jagex cannot offer member services to him anymore. Serbia was sanctioned before, but definitely not right now. Legally, Jagex CAN provide this user members. It's a MISTAKE for sure. Well seeing as the last time I can find that Serbia was sanctioned was 1992, and dracula has been a member for 7 years and has not received this message before, there must be some reasoning for the messages recent creation in the first place, right? It's not like these things just appear out of thin air. The financial sanctions they speak of likely have to do either with their national currency, trade deficit, or outstanding debt. Also it could be some trade embargo that the UK put into place with Serbia.. I'd like to think that this is a mistake, but it seems to be an odd case and i would assume all Serbs are being denied membership... not just this individual.. why would they deny membership (revenue $$) to anyone without a good reason? They'd probably be pretty reluctant to edit their code to do this and I can't imagine them "accidentally" doing it.. I can't imagine them accidentally doing it nether But I will see...

Do mistakes like this happen? I wanna see if other people had similar issues,or plz name any jagex mistake that u had seen according to this Also I wanna know if there are people who got same message by any chance

Make sure Jagex understands you are a member from Serbia.. the only thing that I could think that could happen is their system is confused as to where you are from.. something may have happened with your IP possibly. If there were international sanctions against Serbia, Jagex would have no choice but to comply with the UN, or UK/EU laws regarding sanctions. But there are no sanctions against Serbia (it's not 1999!), so it must be a mistake.. Unless Jagex is playing political games for some reason.. regarding the Kosovo independence issue. But that would be pretty ridiculous... and I doubt it would happen.. Its not my IP for sure Other than that,personally,I think two possibilities are on: 1.Mistake 2.Economical reason applied FROM my country because of economical crisis,or from Jagex side,but strictly political-economic reasons that affect money loss and economy,not other things like in 1999 and Kosovo (alredy late for that to be recent).The only confusing thing at this part is the fact that my country is in a huge progress this year and it is expected to join the european union by the end of this year almost 100% ! .. I just checked,its not a mistake :(... I am going to check again in next few days,maybe they messed something up. This seems ilogical to me

Serbia is progressing up the way to the union,so I really have no clue,other than that,It has been accepted by PayPal,and its under the process of accomplishing an agreement,however this is going to happen in next couple of days/or months,so Im going to try it than But isnt presenting false information somewhat ilegal? and I think they can always check country you are playing from,cant they? I want to see more people comment on this

Its really impressive how people mention it twice,and they dont even explain I wouldn't bother to actually make a post if I dont make a full sentance explaining the idea By the way,you can make money by mining coal.It is very wanted in market.Get high mining enough and than get into miners guild inside fallador (dungeon thing under east bank)

I know jagex nerfed something last week,but im not quite sure what... I wonder,do people still get high rewards if they give 27k to other person,and kill him with no armour or food?

You can get tricked and buy addy plates at max.DONT DO THIS. I lost 1m because of this,buy at medium price in ge,but i doubt u'll be able to do it unless u make ur own I would go with yew longbows,unless i find other items occasionally,but not permanently,because its almost impossible

he didnt get mad over pixels,he just said he would quit because his interests in runescape are not profitable any more :shock:

i guess its just because i didnt get a good drop,so yes,its luck.Thing i like on the other side is excitement and randomness,however,it takes alot of time.And in 2 hours i would have 600k fix alredy,and i got 0k lol. Like i said its up to you. If getting nothing a lot and hoping for a big drop floats your boat go for it. But i'd rather kill greens and know im gonna get the money. Either way have fun, the SS is great for training str. Yes,im aiming for further str training so i can do pvp better later Any more oppinions? feel free to post

exactly... jagex decided to put ALL economy into pvp to make more people do it. If every 1 does it,dont stick to ur own goals n ideas,try to get used to new stuff,and change ur habbits,so u get the better of it... jagex won't change because of us - little worthy players doing our daily skilling :(

i would focus on something als in game exept woodcutting unless im really dedicated,i feel sory.but at least try to raise ur combat since combat is biggest profit maker,either pvm or pvp

I currently have 4.5m and i need 8 for ss I tried pking,and I win most of the fights,but problem is i never get good drops even if i kill lvl 99s maxed,(risking lots of stuff) i havent got anything worth remembering.Thing is i havent been pking in a while,just last 2 days,and i was dissapointed with rewards from bh targets.Idk if its just me saying rewards are poor IN THE WHOLE WORLD OF RUNESCAPE,but I just say its alot of hassle... i have to wait for target,than target doesnt appear and i roughly lost 2 hours on NOTHING... I think 26k are nerfed in some way but im not sure about this (needs confirmation) So Should I do green dragons for profit,or just chase my luck in pvp,since pvp is more fun,but sometimes,its frustrating aswell,and its not a safe profit...

I personally,dont like the smell of that idea.I would kill myself as a runecrafter lol,i dont like the addition to ur solution,i think it kills everything they did in game previously. Just my oppinion.By the way,u got an interesting idea indeed

I came with 2 main ideas: 1.Negate the combat effort if someone is bolting someone other for over 20 minutes without dealing any dmg,obivously it is not a real fight... 2.Limit the ammount of gold player can earn daily doing pvp,and remove profiting from killing players that have gold in their invertory,and nothing als.Also,remove players profiting much for killing a player who does nothing,combat must be prefered here! Comment my ideas! Edit: I cannot believe jagex allowed players to earn so much gold daily on pvp instead of other runescape activities that require alot of player skill or skill lvl,whatever... there are resource skills.Pking shouldnt be that profitable Again,why they dont simply limit gold players can get by pking,I would personally put 1m limit a day,this thing is not IMPOSSIBLE to do,i really dont know what is taking Jagex so long,they didnt fix anything related to this fact

Im wondering if pvp trick is against the rules at this point IN ANY WAY.and if you are safe to do it openly
