I will try selling while my construction is under 30 to see if I get the exp. But as i read this picture you posted it states "but it's highly technical so you won't understand if you don't already have level 30 Construction" I feel with that quote unless you have level 30 Construction you would not receive any exp points. Just my point of view, I will post after I sell one under level 30 Construction Skill Level. [/img] One should help others, you'll never know when you yourself might need help !
