August 1, 200718 yr For some time now I ahve noticed whilst I am playing runescape and I wish to add a person to my friends list, it will often say that the person is offline even if they are standing next to me. I looked in the 'report bug' section of runescape.com but the problem doesnt seem to fit into their sub-categories. I have also checked technical support and can't find a place for it there. Any ideas where (and that is if it should) I shall submit this problem to Jagex? Also I am F2p so I cannot use the technical forums. Any help appreciated Legil. Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.
