horrible boarder...Rs people shouldnt go in sigs, bad bg, bad text, bad animation

first time making borders i just usualy do animation with swish new to adobe CS

Sorry its way over the limits. The boarder looks ok but the sig needs some work. Try to refrain from using filters and cloud renders... Even just try using the brush tool and the hue and color tools. Good job cropping the chars and on the text. Just try messing around to get a better effect bg until you familurize the tools a bit more.
