I have a few questions about iron darts....

 

 

 

What is the best way to get the bars?

 

 

 

Buying ores / rings of forging? or...

 

 

 

Buying iron bars?

 

 

 

I don't mind buying the feathers because they are only like 7 gold each \

 

 

 

Are Iron darts hard to sell? And what is the profit you gain from them?

 

 

 

Is the xp decent? Because I have a really low smithing level

Buying ore/ making your own ring of forging is probably best, b/c the cost on bars is about 200 per if you buy iron bars.

 

 

 

Are Iron darts hard to sell? And what is the profit you gain from them?

 

 

 

Iron darts are relatively uncommon--most people go for iron knives--finding a buyer might be difficult. I had 2k iron knives that took forever to sell.

 

 

 

Darts do provide 5 more per bar, but the feathers cost can get expensive.

 

With 1k darts, you're looking at 8k in costs (not counting rings of forging) with 7 of that 8k being feather costs alone. At current market rates of 15-25 per dart (and again, not counting rings of forging) you are looking at a profit of 7k-17k profit per thousand darts

 

 

 

Is the xp decent? Because I have a really low smithing level

 

 

 

You might want to think about becoming a smelter, many of them make decent, if not great money and its training that pays for itself.
