Featured Replies

in school ive been writing poems as part of english and id like to share them

ill add more as i go along

here goes:

THUNDER AND LIGHTNING

Thunder is a giants' handclap,

loud it clashes.

Lightning is a heavenly flashlight,

bright it flashes.

Raging like an angry monster,

loud it clashes through the night,

scary as the boogyman,

giving children an awful fright.

I DON'T GET IT

I don't understand

why nobody listens.

Why people like to fight,

how one and one ain't two.

But most of all I just don't get

why people do what they do.

And here is what I understand

what makes the machine go.

Why I'm here on planet Earth,

And where I want to go.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND

I don't understand

why people have to fight.

Why people like to war,

why people are destructive.

But most of all I just don't get

how people are so cruel.

And here is what I understand:

Loving mothers,

a father's love

and helping one another.

JUST BECAUSE(from a blind man)

Just because I can't see,

please don't make fun of me.

Don't poke, don't tease,

don't call me names,

Just cuz I can't see.

tek0705042a6479ro0.pngblipo1cd.png

no offence but they are a bit cheesy.. like actual "poem - poems" get the idea? here is one of mine..

Conception and Effection

As i fall in a sphere of hope,

Leading us into nothing.

Falling into impact

Shattering confessions

As i splis into drpression.

Hold my hand, I'm lost.

Wispers of voices,

Wispers of worry.

I feel so lonely.

Hold my hand I'm hurt.

Crys of laughter,

Crys of joy.

Draining into freedom,

We join up again,

Everape into air.

We hope one again,

Fall in another sphere.

Now try and guesse what this is about for a second?

It's about a raindrop, bet you never though of that hah!

oh and i love your sig it's funny lol
