To start off the post, what is your favorite weapon? Many people have different responses. Some like spears, daggers, war hammers etc. I for one enjoy spears, however spears are very underrated and are not very good in Runescape to train with or pk. I often get tired of seeing some of the top Pkers with the same weapons/outfits. Most pkers use abby whip, dragon scimmy, or granite maul. My suggestion is to make a complete weapon set where each weapon has the same stats as the others in the class. For example they would all have the same speed as a whip, and power as a 2hander. They would also have the same crush, slash, stab stats and prayer and strength bonuses as any other weapon in the class. I just think it would bring more fun to people who's favorite weapons in the game aren't the best ones to use to train or pk.

 

 

 

Now of course these weapons wouldn't be easy to obtain. They would be very expensive due to their great stats and wouldn't be tradeable. I would have a store with all of them in there and each one would sell for about 30million gp.

 

 

 

The stats for these weapons would be:

 

Speed- Fast

 

Strength- Highest

 

Attack Bonus

 

Stab- 75

 

Slash-100

 

Crush-85

 

Strength and Prayer Bonus

 

Str-100 Prayer-7

 

 

 

I came up with the stats by making them a little bit better then dragon but not as good as barrows.

 

As for special attacks, I'm not totally sure what I would have them be but I'm open for suggestions.

 

 

 

This was just an idea I had. I don't care if you flame this is just a suggestion and I know there are people on these forums that just live for shooting down people's ideas but I don't mind it because its your opinion and I respect that and I know for a fact there will be people who flame. Thanks

Heck I support, spears were very important in ancient history, they made up the back-bone of almost every army in ancient history and its a shame its not used as much. The Spartens were the world's greatest soldiers at one time and they very effectively used the spear. So I want to see a rise of spear bearers! (I agree with 30mil, keep it out of the noobs hands) :thumbsup:

Spears are very underestimated in runescape, alot of ancient civilizations(as someone said) used them very commonly in there army (anyone ever hear the term "forest of spears" while reading a history book?).
