ok...i killed this guy today, he was a 76, im a 74. He was skulled, i wasnt. He had a rune battelaxe when he died...why didnt he drop it?

 

 

 

EDIT: lol a lvl 40 knew the anwser to this one...the was using prayer

he used the protect item prayer when it died. unskulled it will protect 4 items, skulled players will keep 1 item with tis prayer.
