I have that clue scroll...I stand in the middle of hte top floor of the observatory where the silver/grey circle is... I equip green draghide chaps, ruby amulet and mithril chain... i think then spin and nothing happens, please I've spent like 15 minutes spinning

Make sure its a ruby ammy and not a str ammy first. And all emote clues require 2 emotes, make sure your doing them in the right order.

yeah I am, it says Think, so I do, then it says Spin before you talk to me, so I spin after I think, the last part of the clue just says what you need to wear
