Help! Dunno how to send inquiries to Jagex

Featured Replies

Recently, curious as i am, I wanted to know whether using a router enable 2 different person to play Runescape on 2 different accounts is legal (I must make stuff clear)

So I decided to send in an inquiry

The Knowledge base information ask me to click on a link at the bottom of an article on the Knowledge Base to be redirected to a form that sends them a message

But I can't find that link!

(Sorry I'm a noob, only registered for 3 months, although owning "rather high" statts)

So, I'd like to ask you experts on how to send in such an inquiry to Jagex

p.s. I am f2p

Currently taking a break from Runescape

Go to the homepage, click Customer Support and then choose Other Comments. It's the final section on the page. The response may take a few days. Until then, if you think something is illegal, don't do it.

I have the same set-up. I play members on my computer and my daughter plays free on another, both run through a router. We have seperate IP numbers, which RS will show you on runescape log-in. We have seperate accounts, which is obvious. As long as you follow the rules you should be ok.

The main rules you should be aware of is Rule 6:Account Sharing/Trading and Rule 8:Multiple Logins.
