What is the best way to kill Cave Horrors? By best I mean what armor, what type of weapon and such?

They use a combination of melee/mage attacks, so many players use dragon hides.

 

 

 

Personally, I just use Guthans which keeps my health topped up nicely.

 

 

 

There's also a couple of range safespots. Although I don't know exactly where.
